The Custom Kitchen and Custom Bathroom categories were swept by A. Potvin Construction, Richcraft Homes, and Gerhard Linse Design & Building Consultants. As for renovations, Southam Design won the award for Renovations/Additions $99,000 or Less, and the Green Renovation of the Year award went to Amsted Construction and also RND Construction and architect Christopher Simmonds.
